- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Neutralization and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/10e6 cells. Validated using J774A.1 mouse reticulum cell sarcoma macrophage cell line Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml in immersion fixed J774A.1 mouse reticulum cell sarcoma macrophage cell line Neutralization: Measured by its ability to neutralize GM‑CSF-induced proliferation in the DA3 mouse myeloma cell line. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) is typically 0.02-0.12ug/ml in the presence of 0.1ng/ml recombinant mouse GM‑CSF. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
