- Members of the Frizzled family of proteins serve as receptors for the Wnt signaling pathway and are involved in a variety of developmental processes. Frizzled proteins each contain a divergent N-terminal signal peptide, a highly conserved extracellular cysteine-rich domain, a variable-length linker region, a sevenpass transmembrane domain and a variable-length C-terminal tail. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

- Recognizes mouse Frizzled-1. Detects Frizzled-1 on differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line D3 and on human HEK293 cells by Flow Cytometry. In Direct ELISA, it shows ~30% crossreactivity with recombinant mouse Frizzled-9. No crossreactivity with recombinant mouse Frizzled-2, -3, -4, -6, -7, -8, recombinant human Frizzled-5. or recombinant human MFRP.
