- Terminal Complement Complex C5b-9 (C5b-9) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Porcine) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of C5b-9 in porcine plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.312-20ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.128ng/ml Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
