- Endothelin 2 (EDN2) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Rat) is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of EDN2 in rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 6.17-500pg/ml Sensitivity: 2.96pg/ml Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
