- Cholecystokinin (CCK) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Canine) is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of CCK in canine serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 12.35 -1,000pg/ml Sensitivity: 4.64pg/ml Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
