- 2',5'-Oligoadenylate Synthetase 1 (OAS1) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Rat) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of OAS1 in rat tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.78 -50ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.25ng/ml Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
