In immunohistochemical application on frozen sections of head and neck carcinoma (oropharynx and hypopharynx carcinoma) and cervix DCS-156 shows distinct nuclear staining, especially in tumor areas of enhanced proliferation. Epitope recognized: aa 270-290.
