DU-145 cells were transfected with control (Ctrl siRNAs) or AKAP2 specific siRNAs (siRNA1 and siRNA2). 72 h after transfection, cell lysates were loaded on SDS-PAGE gels and analyzed by Western blot. Phospho-SSH1 was detected using antibodies recognizing phospho-serines 937 and 978 (cat. SP3901). The amounts of SSH1 (cat. SP1711) and AKAP2 were detected using specific antibodies, as indicated.
