Immunocytochemical labeling of phosphoserine and phosphothreonine in control and calyculin A-treated A431 cells. The cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal anti-Phosphoserine/threonine (PM3801) and rabbit polyclonal anti-Phosphoserine/threonine (PP2551), then the antibodies were detected using appropriate secondary antibodies conjugated to Cy3.
WT (PKY2255) and pda1D Delta (PKY2256) cells expressing Qcr2-GFP were grown in SL medium for the indicated amounts of time, and protein extracts were generated and immunoprecipitated with A Alpha-GFP antibody. The immunoprecipitates were then probed with A Alpha- phosphoamino acid antibody (cat. PM3801, top panel) and A Alpha-GFP antibody (bottom panel).
