- Recognizes active rat PAI-1. Pooled normal plasma from mouse and dog was assayed and significant crossreactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from human and pig was assayed and minor cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from sheep was assayed and no significant cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from rabbit resulted in significant color development.
