- Recognizes total mouse uPA. Pooled normal plasma from rat and pig was assayed and significant crossreactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from sheep was assayed and no significant cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from rabbit resulted in significant color development.
