- Pomalidomide is a thalidomide derivative and a potent TNF-A Alpha inhibitor (IC50 = 13 nM). It also potently inhibits IL-2 (EC50 = 8 nM). It binds cereblon and inhibits its ubiquitination. Pomalidomide exhibits antiproliferative effects in a Namalwa lymphoma cell line and is antiangiogenic.
