- Lenalidomide is a thalidomide analog. It is an immune modulatory drug and cereblon binding compound. Lenalidomide induces ubiquitination and degradation of casein kinase (CK) 1A Alpha by the E3 ubiquitin ligase CRL4CRBN. It is also a TNF-A Alpha inhibitor and angiogenesis inhibitor.
