Figure 1. Jurkat cells were untreated (A.), or were exposed to staurosporine to induce apoptosis and increase serine protease activity (B.). During the final hour of treatment, samples were stained with FAM-Leu-CMK (Cat. 949/950) for 1 hour at 37°C, washed, stained with PI for 15 minutes, and then analyzed using a flow cytometer.
