Figure 4. HRP-IgG conjugate was diluted to working strength (1:60,000) in HRP Conjugate Stabilizer, Non-Mammalian, 1X or in a competing product and stored at 2-8°C. Performance was monitored over 12 months in an antigen-down ELISA format. HRP Conjugate Stabilizer, Non-Mammalian, 1X product was effective at retaining both the binding and enzymatic activity of HRP conjugates. Storage in the competitor product resulted in >30% loss of signal over the same period.
