Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood lymphocytes labeling Human CD8 alpha. Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with Human CD8 alpha (HA600122F; red; 2μg/mL). Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
