Western blot analysis of Mouse anti-Human IgG on different lysates with Mouse anti-Mouse anti-Human IgG antibody (HA600076) at 1/1;000 dilution. Lane 1: Recombinant human IgG protein Lane 2: Recombinant human IgM protein Lysates/proteins at 50 ng/Lane. Observed band size: 50 kDa Exposure time: 30 seconds; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HA600076) at 1/1;000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (HA1006) at 1/50;000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
Immobilized Human IgG protein at 1 μg/ml overnight at 4℃. Then blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 37℃; and incubated with the primary antibody (HA600076) for 1 hour at 25℃.
