The binding activity of HA600012 with Recombinant TROP2 protein. Immobilized Recombinant TROP2 protein at 1 ug/ml overnight at 4℃. Then blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 37℃; and incubated with the primary antibody (HA600012) for 1 hour at 25℃. Donkey anti human IgG-AP at 1/1000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. The EC50 of HA600012 is 5.574 ng/ml.
Flow cytometric analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed MDA-MB-468 (Human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) cells labeling TROP2 with HA600012 at 1/200 dilution (red) compared with Purified human IgG; Isotype Control (black). Goat anti human IgG-FITC at 1/1000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
