Fig1: The binding activity of HA600006 with Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein. Immobilized Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein at 1 μg/ml overnight at 4℃. Then blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 37℃; and incubated with the primary antibody (HA600006) for 1 hour at 25℃. The EC50 of HA600006 is 10.31 ng/ml.
This antibody will detect SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein in ELISA pair set (Cat: # HA600006). In a sandwich ELISA; it can be used as Capture antibody when paired with (Clone: # A4G9-HRP).
