- K3 is B-Class TKR9 ligand called CpG-ODN as whole S-DNA and stimulates B cells to activate TLR9-dependent NF- k B signal. K3 is useful for B cell activation, induction of IL -6 from human PBMCs, and activation of the NF-kB signal pathway but has low activity with respect to induction of IFN-α.
