- Pyrintegrin is a B Beta1-integrin agonist that promotes survival of human embryonic stem cells following enzymatic dissociation by enhancing cell-ECM-mediated integrin activity.1 It induces soft tissue formation from transplanted or endogenous cells via stimulation of adipogenesis and may have potential in soft tissue therapeutic reconstruction and augmentation2, It protects podocytes from LPS-induced injury in vivo3.
