- CD85h (leukocyte Ig-like receptor A2) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, associating with Fc receptor gamma chain, to serve as an activating immunoreceptor. In the result, however, CD85h signaling leads to suppression of dendritic cell differentiation and antigen presentation, and of innate immune responses. This glycoprotein is expressed mainly on monocytes, macrophages, and myeloid dendritic cells, at a lower level on granulocyte and NK cell subsets.
