IFN-G Gamma is a potent multifunctional cytokine which is secreted primarily by activated NK cells and T cells. Originally characterized based on anti-viral activities, IFN-G Gamma also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities. IFN-G Gamma can upregulate MHC class I and II antigen expression by antigen-presenting cells. None (Azide-Free,Low Endotoxin) are perfectly suited to be used in culture or in vivo (for nonhuman studies) for functional assays blocking, neutralizing, activation or depletion where the presence of azide may damage cells or exogenous endotoxin may signal or activate cells.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were activated for 3 days with PHA, then stained with 0.2 ug AF/LE Purified Anti-Human CD274/PD-L1 Antibody[29E.2A3] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2b, K Kappa Isotype Control (Left), followed by Elab Fluor® 647-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody, then anti-Human CD3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody.
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were activated for 6 hour with PMA+ ionomycin, then stained with 0.2 ug Purified Anti-Human CD69 Antibody[FN50] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1, K Kappa Isotype Control(Left), followed by Elab Fluor® 647-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody.
