Originally characterized based on anti-viral activities, IFN-G Gamma also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities. IFN-G Gamma can upregulate MHC class I and II antigen expression by antigen-presenting cells.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were activated for 3 days with PHA, then stained with 0.2 ug AF/LE Purified Anti-Human CD274/PD-L1 Antibody[29E.2A3] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2b, K Kappa Isotype Control (Left), followed by Elab Fluor® 647-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody, then anti-Human CD3 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody.
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were activated for 6 hour with PMA+ ionomycin, then stained with 0.2 ug Purified Anti-Human CD69 Antibody[FN50] (Right) and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1, K Kappa Isotype Control(Left), followed by Elab Fluor® 647-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody.
