- May catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides thereby assisting the folding of proteins (By similarity). By mediating 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination of proteins could target them for proteasomal degradation (PubMed:11435423).
