Cleaves caspase-3; -7; -9 and 10 to give rise to active enzymes mediating apoptosis. Belongs to the peptidase S1 family. Granzyme subfamily. Induced by staphylococcal enterotoxin A (SEA) in peripheral blood leukocytes.
