The peptide LLDFVRFMGV, derived from the Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen EBNA3C, is presented by the HLA-A*02:01/B Beta2m complex. This peptide-MHC complex serves as a major target for cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) in the immune control of EBV infection. Its robust immunogenicity makes it a key antigen of interest for studying EBV-specific T-cell responses and for developing immunotherapies against EBV-associated diseases.
