Datopotamab contains human constant regions and variable regions (complementarity-determining regions) derived from a murine antibody specific for TROP2. It is produced in a Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) mammalian cell expression system and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons.
