- Source: Human Cells. MW :52.2kD. Recombinant Human DCBLD2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln67-Ala528 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Discoidin; CUB and LCCL domain-containing protein 2(DCBLD2) is a protein contains 1 CUB domain; 1 F5/8 type C domain; 1 LCCL domain. DCBLD2 is Highly expressed in testis; heart; skeletal muscle and also in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells. Model organisms have been used in the study of DCBLD2 function. Male and female animals underwent a standardized phenotypic screen to determine the effects of deletion. Additional screens performed: In-depth immunological phenotyping.
