Recombinant Human LY86 is produced by our Mammalian expression system; using HEK 293 cells and the target gene encoding Gly21-Ser162 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. LY86 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the LY86 gene; which May cooperate with CD180 and TLR4 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and cytokine production. Important for efficient CD180 cell surface expression.
