- Source: E. coli. MW :24.9kD. Recombinant Human Programmed Cell Death Protein 10 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala212 is expressed. Programmed Cell Death Protein 10 (PDCD10) belongs to the PDCD10 family. PDCD10 exists as a homodimer and is widely expressed. PDCD10 can increase mitogen-activated protein kinase activity and MST4 activity. PDCD10 is required for normal cardiovascular development and normal angiogenesis; vasculogenesis and hematopoiesis during embryonic development. Defects in PDCD10 are the cause of cerebral cavernous malformations type 3.
