- Source: E.coli. MW :33.95kD. Recombinant Human PBLD is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala288 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Phenazine Biosynthesis-Like Domain-Containing protein (PBLD) belongs to the phenazine biosynthesis-like protein (PhzF) family; which is expressed in most tissues. PBLD takes part in the MAPK signaling pathway; and is involved in multiple basic cellular functions. The expression of PBLD can be increased in several disease processes; including insulin resistance; folate deficiency and hypotension.
