- Source: Human Cells. MW :38.3kD. Recombinant Human TGOLN2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala22-Glu381 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. This protein may be involved in regulating membrane traffic to and from trans-Golgi network. Isoform TGN46 is widely expressed. Isoform TGN51 is more abundant in fetal lung and kidney. Isoform TGN48 is barely expressed in embryonic kidney and promyelocytic cells.
