The PGK1 catalyzes the reversible conversion of 1; 3-diphosphoglycerate to 3-phosphoglycerate during glycolysis; generating one molecule of ATP.PGK1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 437 amino acids (1-417a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 46.8kDa.PGK1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
