UGT1A1 is also capable of catalyzing glucuronidation of 17beta; 17alpha; 1-hydroxypyrene; 4-methylumbelliferone; 1-naphthol; paranitrophenol; scopoletin; and umbelliferone.UGT1A1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 488 amino acids (26-490 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 54.7kDa. UGT1A1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
