Furthermore; Prss28 is involved with embryo hatching and its activity is vital for successful implantation.PRSS28 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 256 amino acids (27-274a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). PRSS28 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
