NTMT1 is a remarkable potential anticancer target since it is overexpressed in gastrointestinal cancers in addition to his essential function in cell mitosis.NTMT1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 248 amino acids (1-223 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 28.1kDa. NTMT1 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
