Furthermore; down regulation of GSTP2 induces an increase of oxidative damage in the pyramidal cells of the CA1&CA3 regions as well as in the granular layer of the dentate gyrus; which at the end leads to structural and functional damage.GSTP2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (1-210 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.5kDa. The GSTP2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
