Both enzymes are homodimeric and demonstrate close homology.GOT2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 422 amino acids (30-430 aa) and having a molecular mass of 46.8kDa.GOT2 is fused to a 21 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
