GDA takes part in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for GDA.GDA Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 477 amino acids (1-454) and having a molecular mass of 53kDa.GDA is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
