GDA takes part in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for GDA.GDA Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 454amino acids (1-454 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 51kDa. GDA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
