FARSB is composed tetramer of two alpha and two beta subunits. In the presence of ATP; this tetramer is accountable for attaching L-phenylalanine to the terminal adenosine of the appropriate tRNA.FARSB Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 612 amino acids (1-589 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 68.5kDa.FARSB is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
