ENTPD3 is a protein coding gene which contains four apyrase-conserved areas which is characteristic of NTPases.ENTPD3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 465 amino acids (44-485 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 52kDa. ENTPD3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
