The MITF is regulating TNFRSF14 gene expression.TNFRSF14 Mouse produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 407 amino acids (39-206 aa) and having a molecular mass of 45.3kDa.TNFRSF14 is fused to a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
