IL1R1 is a central mediator involved in numerous cytokine induced immune and inflammatory responses.IL1R1 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 324 amino acids (21-336a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.4kDa(Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions).IL1R1 is fused to 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
