IL1B proteins take part in the inflammatory response; being identified as endogenous pyrogens; and are reported to stimulate the release of prostaglandin from synovial cells.IL1B Canine Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 153 amino acids (114-265 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 17.5 kDa.
