This protein blocks the migration of neutrophils & induces the biological activity of mature end-cells.GMCSF Poricne Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 148 amino acids (18-144a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.6kDa.GMCSF is fused to a 21 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
