Human FGF20 has several receptors which include FGF R1c; FGF R2c; FGF R3b; FGF R3c and FGF R4. FGF20 is expressed a various cells; including dopaminergic neurons; fibroblasts; keratinocytes and breast epithelium; and numerous sites in the fetus.FGF20 Human Recombinant (1-211) produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated; polypeptide chain containing 217 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24kDa.The FGF-20 is fused to a 6 amino acid His tag [HHHHHH] at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
