ANGPTL7 is expressed in the corneal stroma; trabecular meshwork; and sclera. ANGPTL7 production is up-regulated in trabecular meshwork cells by glucocorticoids and TGF-Beta and in cartilage by TNF-alpha.ANGPTL7 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single; glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 324 amino acids (22-337 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.5kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions).
