- Source : E.coli. DNAJC27 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single; non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 296 amino acids (1-273 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 33.2kDa. DNAJC27 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. DnaJ (Hsp40) Homolog; Subfamily C; Member 27 (DNAJC27) which contains one J domain is a part of the small GTPase superfamily. DNAJC27 is a GTPase which activates the MEK/ERK pathway and induces cell transformation when overexpressed.
